Thanks for all your remarkably to-the-point posts, especially for the bottom-line roll-up.

Very interesting stuff about the development process at salesforce.com !  I would really like to know how they manage localization and internationalization : here in France, we are not very happy about the quality of the translation of salesforce.com, and I have encountered 2 bugs in Winter &#039;10 which I supposed might come from localization problems.

I hope they improve all this as well as the main stream of devs.
